    About the Role

    The Leadership Speaker Series Fellow helps bring inspiring Nepali voices to our community every two weeks. You’ll reach out to speakers, coordinate sessions, and ensure each event runs smoothly — from outreach to recap. Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams, you’ll help make the series engaging, consistent, and meaningful for members.

    What You’ll Do

    • Find and reach out to potential speakers (Nepali Leaders).

    • Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and quick tech checks before each event.

    • Coordinate with the marketing team for creating flyers, posts and event promotion.

    • Host or moderate each session on Circle (fireside chat or workshop).

    • Send feedback forms and thank-you emails after each session.

    • Keep a simple tracker updated with speaker info, dates, and attendance.

You’ll manage timelines, coordinate across Fellows, and ensure every detail — from participant onboarding to event-day logistics — runs smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with the executive team on event vision, structure, and improvements.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead weekly syncs with Internal and External Fellows.

    • Manage timelines, checklists, and key deliverables.

    • Ensure forms, communication, and judging processes stay organized.

    • Coordinate with the executive team on brand, sponsorship, and budget updates.

    • Support event-day execution and troubleshooting.

    • Help shape event direction and provide input for future improvements.

    • Oversee post-event documentation and lessons learned.
